Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	Joy is 6 month old and is black with a white flash on her chest.
Circumstances:	She was taken from the garden of her home in North Hinksey Lane, Oxford. A stocky but tall man in his 30s with brown hair and wearing a green jumper was seen running down the drive of the house with Joy in his arms.

Joy had been stolen by a Traveller from Banbury who had been knocking on doors in the area looking for work. She was dumped somewhere on the A34 and managed to make her own way back to the area where she was spotted by a neighbour who knew her. 2 men were arrested in Banbury by the police.
