Hey, we just got home from holiday and our white cat has also been missing for two days according to our house sitter. He is a male turkish angora mixed with a tabby cat. Looks very similair to the pic you posted, but his tail is not that thick though

*UPDATE 3* I released the cat yesterday at 1pm, because the vet I called told me to do so. This morning the cat was around here again so I took it to the vet. It is chipped so the details are: NAME: YUKI AGE: 2 SEX: FEMALE NOT NEUTERED We call the owners, and they had sold the cat a week ago. So Yuki has a new owner and it´s a weird story because in a new environment cats supposed to be inside for 6 weeks. Because of the holidays the previous owners are not in the UK, and it´s hard to connect to the new one. So the solution I´ve got with the vet is bring the cat to a near hospital that will keep Yuki until someone collect her, since I have a dog. ________

Thank you for the update. How irresponsible of the original owner to 2.not update the microchip and 2. Not take the cat back. Thank you so much for helping this cat and yes should have been kept in for six weeks. Maybe the new owner was away for Christmas and had a cat sitter? Do we know the area that the new owner lives? Thanks again for helping this cat Happy New Year.

Mind you why would you buy a cat and then go away? So my theory of cat sitter is wrong OR this cat was abandoned by previous owner and the rest of the story is made up. Also how awful to sell and let roam an un-neutered female cat who is likely now pregnant.
