Markings:	Blonde with fawn ears - a fairly wrinkly face compared to some
Circumstances:	It was in the hands of a homeless man and its paws were bleeding follw=ing an injury mainly to the claws. Earlier on in the day it had been seen in the hands of two women who are known to be involved in drugs in the area. When the vet called the telephone number on the chip one of the women answered but in an evidently inebriated. The dog warden is about to come and pick it up and will make sure it is in safe hands from now on. Looks as if it was a well cared for dog at some point hence my reaching out in this way.
Other info:	Found with a yellow full covering coat and a harness saying 'Do nor pet. Also a collar with an electric collar. It was in the possession of homeless people. From its condition - it has a skin disease) and biddable temperament it looks as if it could have gone missing some time ago.

The dog has been picked up by the dog warden and is being looked after at a dog's home, to be eventually rehoused
