Collar:	Red reflective, but loses them a lot

Circumstances:	He goes outside but usually comes home multiple times a day and is in for the night. But he never came home
Other info:	Large black cat mid length fur. Extremely friendly and very curious. Loves a fuss, has been known to invite himself in to homes and even jump on your lap when you’re getting in/out of a car.
