Circumstances:	Walking on the pavement towards me , very nervous hid in a front garden. I couldn’t get any closer I would have scared it away.
Other info:	This cat looked unkempt, it’s white fur was very grubby.

I posted the photo to a neighbour who’s sister officially fosters stray cats in this area , and the cat was recognised as a cat belonging to a person nearby.
