Circumstances:	We think he may have got over the garden wall, and may have been put out by one of my neighbouts
Other info:	He has a flatish face,with round eyes. He is small and stocky. Has never been out on the street, as he was a garden cat. He has been missing a month, from the Fratton area. The contact number on his chip is no longer in use please contact me on 07737763751
