Circumstances:	he was doing his usual thing, giving him half a pouch of wet foot before I went to bed
Other info:	He wears a blue tag from his collar with my phone number and address and makes a bell like noise when on the move

He ran inside someone's house and the home owners looked at his collar tags and rung my phone number from it.
