Markings:	Brown patch on otherwise white back left leg. Very bushy tail. Very hairy ears!
Circumstances:	Went out in back garden after his tea. Not seen since

Bilbo got hit by a car on the Rainford Bypass at about 11:30 pm on Friday 4 August, the night he went missing. The car stopped, and took Bill to an all-night vets in Liverpool but he was already dead. The Vets had been trying to contact us (as our details are on the microchip) but hadn't been able to get through. Respect to someone who stopped in the middle of the night and took him to a vet so he could be identified. Obviously we are very upset, but at least we know now. And thank you to everyone on here who contacted us with ideas of where he might be, and possible sightings.
