Circumstances:	Frank's owners are on holiday and he's been fed by a cat-sitter. We are friends of the owners, here for the weekend to give Frank some company, though we haven't seen Frank since our arrival on Thursday afternoon, 9 August. He's a much loved family cat. We can't be sure when he was last seen as we don't have the cat-sitter's details (our friends are in America and there's an eight hour time difference so I can't get the sitter's details at the moment to confirm this). It appears that his food has been untouched for over 12 hours.
