Microchipped:	Yes
Circumstances:	Tilly asked to go out so I let her out. She usually comes home and sits either on the window sill or comes in through the cat flap. She hasn't been back since. She's very curious and nosy so may have climbed in the back of a van. I can't recall if there were any in the area at the time though.

Tilly had got entangled on some netting in someone's back yard and choked. She wasn't found until the home owner returned back from holiday.
