Collar:	Black with fishbones on it
Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	White patch on chest and white socks
Circumstances:	He went out when I got home from work as usual but did not return home at the usual time. He doesn't often go far from the house and comes back frequently to eat. We have called his name around the neighborhood and he hasn't responded or come home since around 4.30pm
Other info:	Has a gold coin on his collar with mine and my partners contact info
