Circumstances:	Cat was looking at something in a hedge. I approached and said hello, cat came toward me and was happy to interact. Looked healthy, no sign or injury and didn't look skinny. No collar. Afraid I wasn't able to bring the cat with me, and for all I know it wasn't actually lost...but it seemed a little away from most homes.
