Circumstances: Peanut was put outside after soiling the bed twice in 20 minutes. It looks like she hung around for 5-10 minutes then tootled off over the road and disappeared.

Peanut was found with horrific injuries 5 houses away from where I live but, while I was out of the country. She was taken to a local veterinary clinic and the vet called me to seek permission to immediately put her to sleep.
