Markings:	He has splodges of medium brown.
Circumstances:	A friend was driving back to the village and they saw this dog running all over the road and seemed to not know what it was doing. They stopped and managed to get it in their car. It was not that near any houses and no name or phone number on the collar. They brought it back to us as could not look after it themselves and being late at night there was no other solution so the dog is with us in the village and staying the night. He was very hungry and thirsty and is, we think, even for a greyhound cross, very thin.
Other info:	Not sure if he is pure greyhound as seems to have a look of a hound in him. Not as big as a greyhound but not as small as a whippet. Left eye has a white area.

We were contacted by the vets in Charlbury who had been phoned by the owner at 8am. It was later that the vets saw my post on your site and contacted me. We then went to the vets and had the microchip read and the owner was then contacted again. The owner will collect the dog from the vets. A happy ending.
