Circumstances: I have been feeding him over last 3 months comes every day, have asked about nobody seems to know if owner,from look of him nobody owns him, looking worse over last week

I still have no information regarding a owner of this poor cat, I have a house cat of my own or I would take him in, can anyone help with a number for 're homing help or any help PLEASE

Gill from Alley cats & kittens came and collected him to be assessed and rehomed.
