Circumstances:	This cat has been around intermittently for years recently he has here most if the time. His ribs were showing he was very hungary and his fur was sparse. We have been feeding him and also after several months used flea drop on him. His fur has improved and he is putting on weight. We are not sure if his owner has died, is ill or moved maybe in to care or if he has underlying illness making him so thin.

Last seen this cat was in full health well fed and happy does not visit asking for food anymore. It would seem he has either been adopted by someone or now has medical treatment.
