Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	Grey coloured underbelly.
Circumstances:	We have an electronic cat-flap which opens daily at 7am. He normally goes out to roam in our communal garden and neighbours' gardens for about 1h then comes back in asking for breakfast (meowing for wet food). After that he will go out again but popping in every couple of hours of kibble and naps. At 6-7pm, he will return for his dinner (more wet food) and stay indoors for the night. The cat-flap locks automatically at 6pm which allows him in after that time but not out again until 7am. On Sunday 8th September he left via the cat-flap, as per normal routine, but never came back again. We have asked all our neighbours and most have seen him on Saturday but not Sunday. A week and a half prior to his disappearance, he had not been eating his wet food (which he normally craves), whilst maintaining his weight, health and playfulness. We even took him to the vet who gave him the all clear. We therefore thought that he might be being fed elsewhere and decided to keep him indoors for two days, during which he devoured his wet food happily. On Saturday, we let him out and he returned as per routine. On Sunday, he left at 7am and didn't come back again. We have asked our neighbours to check their garages and sheds and we have walked and searched extensively for 500m in every direction from our house. We are very concerned and would be very grateful for any information which might lead us to his whereabouts.
Other info:	Large, 5.5kg. Very fluffy and bushy tail.

A neighbour saw him crossing their garden and called us and we asked her to follow Orion and catch him if possible. We met the neighbour half-way and turns out Orion was already headed home!
