Markings:	He has a white marking on his forehead and also one around his neck. He has a black tail and was last wearing a harness green and black
Circumstances:	He got scared when another ddog came running towards him barking

Have you checked on Doglost co uk ? They also have pages on Facebook via location. I hope you find Tommy soon. Please be aware of hoax callers posing as rspca vet and song for money.

A lady picked him up on her dog walk. Contacted us the next morning
