Markings:	Fluffy with fluffy tail. Few odd white hairs on bib.
Circumstances:	We think Bear has other homes. He usually appears once a day is very vocal and friendly. Eats but is never starving and off he goes. This is typical during the warmer months. He has never been missing this long

I saw a black fluffy cat looking just the same on Carlton ave Southend where it crosses over by Westbourne grove
