Circumstances:	He appears to be living in my front garden. He seems very hungry and nervy. Pretty good condition but a bit thin and scruffy
Other info:	Lovely fluffy black tail, one half of face mostly black, other white. Yellow eyes, really sweet, bit dishevelled and fairly timid
