Markings:	Tigge has an infected eye which is weeping
Circumstances:	We've recently moved house and it was his 2nd day being let out
Other info:	Tiggs is diabetic and needs his insulin. He had a small patch on his neck with shorter hair from where it was trimmed at the vets
