Markings:	Small white whiskers on chest area, very small and lean, thin white fur on tummy area , may have a small patch on his tail in the left hand side where fur is growing back.
Circumstances:	Had his breakfast and was in the house when I went out. Ozzy is an outdoor cat and the window in the downstairs toilet is left open for him to come and go as well as my other cat.
Other info:	Ozzy is a small one year old cat so is smaller than an average sized cat. He is very lean and long, he is very friendly and will happily go into houses and play with children etc.
