Circumstances:	He has been coming through my cats cat-flap for a while now.He was microchipped 11 years ago in Stone,Staffordshire.The vet has tried to make contact with the information on the chip but no success.He is at my house at the moment but RBB vets in Abbey-Hulton have the details.
