Collar:	Reflective Silver with purple zigzag
Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	Orange/tan in mane, light tan under chin, fractured tip to upper L canine since 2017
Circumstances:	Rehomed from Winslow direct from owners via Cats Protection, Macclesfield on 23 June 2019. Marley is extremely timid, he found his place in the porch (staring out of the locked cat flap door), stayed there all day. I would go into see and speak to him, to feed him. I was told he spends long hours outside and tends to hide when home. He does not seek close contact but had bonded to the son of previous owner - they had Marley for 8 years. He ate very little before he went missing. I did give him some water the night before his escape. He used the litter tray for both motions. He managed to smash his way through the cat flap door (which I’ve since glued), I heard the noise and saw his tail disappear. By the time I got outside I spotted him in the middle of our road but I lost him in the shadows, looked everywhere calling his name but he didn’t respond.

PetsReunited.com PR50755 Still Missing - noticed a spelling mistake in my 'Circumstances' it should read "rehomed from Wimslow, Cheshire" I truly hope if someone is caring for him that they will think to post their FOUND notice on this site.

A neighbour two streets away mentioned a cat she was feeding who had taken to sleeping in her porch. He's freezing cold she said and rang Cats Protection. She mentioned she thought it was my cat Toby who she had been feeding for months but now he was going to her, because of the cold, on closer inspection she realised it wasn't Toby. My sister saw the cat and said he looked remarkably like Marley the cat whom I lost back in June 2019, I wasn't too sure until the neighbour forwarded photos which I compared to those sent to me by Cats Protection. It was an absolute match. He's home safely, now in the warmth. ??
