Was spotted by a woman off Facebook with a man when confronted he 1st said was a mates then didn’t know name as he was a junkie she said that the dog was on Facebook he changed story to found and he was on way to vets to see if he was chipped the woman said she’d go with him the man gave her the rope and said he didn’t have time would she take him so glad she took to vets
