Does anyone know if this dog has been taken to a vet to be scanned for a chip yet? Thanks

It looks like this dog Isla who has been missing for 3 years. Her family have been actively looking all this time. Paula is her owner on 07813 933953 or 07976 874153 it really looks loke her missing girlmissing since 2018, her doggy sister has passed since she went missing 3 years ago. All thanks for the messages. Dog at Birmingham dogs home, scanned chip but it was out of date, vet looked at her and a plan to regain some weight in place. They're aiming to re-home and confident she'll find somewhere soon.
