Is this cat neutered? There's a cat very similar hanging around my garden ( un neutered) I'll try and get a closer look at him later but thought I'd check first .

He has a wee ginger spot above one side of his mouth. Like a half moustache.

He moves quite fast and I don't think he has a spot.... but I'll check again.
