Circumstances:	he was out for his last hour of the day (hes only allowed out for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening) he'd only had a small amount to eat so he should have come back when called.
Other info:	small and fluffy with bright blue eyes

Our next door neighbor spotted him and lured him in. He’s cold, wet and very hungry, but appears to be extremely happy to be home. Don’t give up hope everyone...they sometimes just get lost in the adventure x
