Is this cat still roaming outside or being fed and shelter being provided? Is it possible to take the cat to the local vet near you - Maven? They will; scan for free to check for microchip and will look at basic health issues as part of the 'lost cat' service?

PS: The picture is a bit blurred. Is it possible to take others? If you can get the cat to the vet, ask them for an approximation of age. It looks like either a semi long haired or possibly a long haired cat. Can you confirm which? Is the cat 100% ginger. If not can you describe other colours and where they appear on the cat along with any distinguishing marks. Thanks. It all helps in building a complete picture.

Hi Pete the Cat is roaming outside and think has found shelter in an abandoned Garden two doors down from me. I can not get near Him to take him to a vet very scared, as Maven is my vets. I will try for another photo it is semi long haired and is grooming himself yes 100% light ginger and possibly been hit by a car as his face looks a little hurt. I am doing my best to get his confidence in me and leaving food ever evening although it is hit and miss if he or the foxs or other cats are eating it.

Myself and a neighbour have still been feeding this little chap. I have not seen him for a couple of days ... fingers crossed he is ok and be back.

I am also a Maven customer and they know me well. Any more sightings? I can advise you some more but think it best if you contact Cats Protection - Sutton & Cheam branch in the first instance. They can advise on setting up a regular food pattern and how to contain him and will also have an automatic trap, so that he can be caught and taken to the vet for a basic health check, any pain relief and for a microchip. Please keep me posted or ask anything you like.

Please, make sure this cat is taken to a vet. If he is been hitting by a car must be scared and in pain
