Markings:	Small white patch of our on front right leg
Circumstances:	TomTom went missing from my Parent's back garden on Monday afternoon. We believe he somehow managed to get under a gap in the fence. TomTom is 15yrs old, all black expect a small patch of white/grey fur on his right front leg. He is wearing a red collar with contact details on it. He is microchipped and fully neutered. Due to his advanced years, TomTom is completely deaf and won't hear if called. He is suffering from health issues at present and will likely appear emaciated and unkempt. He may also seem disorientated due to his present health condition and not having his medication since Monday. I have attached pictures, however these were taken a few years back in happier, healthier times for him. His appearance now would be much thinner. We are all desperately worried about him due to his state of health and just want him home safe and sound.
