Circumstances: Cracker usually runs loose in our yard, however she had been tied up at the rear of the house while we were out so she would not pester the workman in our garden. Local area has been searched dog and 2-3m orange rope not found or seen.
Other info: Cracker is believed to have been stolen from Old Farm, Haddenham Road, Kingsey, Aylesbury, Bucks, HP17 8LS on Wednesday 13th April between 11am and noon. Cracker had been tied at the rear of the house while some work was being carried out in the garden. Both I and Chris were out and the yard gate had been left open for the workman. The workman said he had seen Cracker tied up at the rear of the house sometime between 11-11.30. On Chris’s return the dog and the orange rope that she had been tied were gone. The local area has been searched including a door to door in our road but no one has seen her. Cracker is a 10-year-old chocolate colored working cocker bitch with a white bib. At the time of her disappearance she was wearing a blue collar and tag and a dark colored flea collar. Distinguishing markings: Skin tag on her muzzle below her nose Scar on the inside of one of her flanks where she has had stitches in the past She has a lump in her mammary glad area on her left hand side (I think) Docked tail Cracker is very friendly, loves retrieving, but not interested in chasing cats, rabbits, pheasants, etc. Will bark if tied up or playing and wants your attention, not always keen to hand back what she has retrieved likes to play with you a bit.
