Markings:	Looks to be a spotted tabby but unsure due to fur condition and has distinctive marking on her lip
Circumstances:	We (Blackpool Nine Lives Cat Rescue) was contacted on the 07/07/2020 from a gentleman that had a cat living in his garden on talking to the neighbours he found out that the cat was abandoned 2 years ago by her owner.
