Are you able to take it to a vet to get it scanned to see if it is chipped?

We should. Just been difficult getting her into a cage. But will keep trying.

Try feeding in the cat carrier and after a few times of doing that you could throw some cooked chicken to the back of the carrier and then you will get a chance to close the door . Can you put up posters in case the owner is looking and also report to local vets and Battersea. Thank you

When I say cooked chicken I mean boneless chicken or you could try cheese. You want to use a high value treat to entice her to the back while you close the door. You May find your local cats protection will come and scan for a microchip.

YAY!! Took her to a local cat. She is chipped. She lives round the corner. Has recently been upset with a new cat in her household. Her name is Pixie! However, we spoke with her owner and all is well.
