Breed & Species:	Domestic short-haired cat

Went missing:	4 years ago (30 May 2019 at around 07:00hrs)
Location:	Peerless Drive, Harefield, Uxbridge UB9 6JQ, UK
Health:	Healthy
Age:	8 years old (approx)
Sex:	Neutered Male
Collar:	No
Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	a scatter of 10 or so white chest hairs
Circumstances:	Normal letting out time for the day after breakfast. Usually reappears on and off during the day (but I was out all day, so dont know if he did) and comes in overnight, around 1am, eats and then sleeps all night
Other info:	Recent overgroomed area 3cm long by 1cm wide at base of tail underside (about 4cm up from anus) due to reaction to Frontline Plus. Otherwise healthy and well nourished.

Within an hour of posting my report, my cat was found after 6 harrowing days of trying to circulate details among neighbours and the local area as well as on social media!
