Circumstances:	A small cat was found outside our house this morning. Miaowing a lot. Haven't seen it in the area before. Seemed very curious and friendly. Possible female but not certain. The cat wanted to come indoors. Didn't seem bothered by my own male cat. Didn't let the cat inside as it looked a little scruffy, wasn't wearing a collar. Gave the cat some cat biscuits, which they ate quickly. Didn't feel skinny or underfed when handled. The coat was a little sticky and dirty.
Other info:	Looks a little dirty, needs a wash.
