Markings:	He has a very small red feather on the base of his beak
Circumstances:	Moz escaped his carry case as I was transferring to the car to take him home. A friend has borrowed the cage months before and broke it without telling me
Other info:	He disappeared in Walton and was sighted in portabello. We think he may have been stolen
