Hi, we have a black cat that has been coming around our house in Rullerton Road. Black cat with a collar that looks similar to Tigs. Golden Collar

woke me up ,at4-30am ,seen quite healthy, fed him, but he didnt eat everything ,tells me someone must have been feeding him,just happy to have him back
