Circumstances:	Found him near Newnham Manor - it was cold and he was in some bushes. He was very hungry and thirsty and I have made sure he has food and water
Other info:	Very 'chatty', purrs a lot. Lovely cat, but looks like he hasnt had a brush for a while, has matted hair
