Circumstances: Jasper, is an indoor cat. He jumped up on my balcony ledge and fell off with a flower pot that i keep on the ledge to stop them from jumping up. I was in my kitchen when i heard the noise, but by the time i realised Jasper was missing it was late.

Spotted in bushes near shed in neighbours garden. I had checked this area several times without any luck, but when I checked last night he was there and ca9to me when i called and rattled his box of treats. He has lost more than half of his body weight and is just a bag of bones. Took him home and fed and watered him.
