Circumstances:	went out this morning and hasn't returned, unusual for him to be out this long, he does not like the cold or the rain and usually is indoors by now. not a street cat. he is also very inquisitive but timid, so may be hiding in a shed or a back of a van
Other info:	full black tail, saggy belly after nuturing
