Todd is still missing. He is a friendly cat , so could be being fed by someone. But he does not like to be picked up by strangers. He could have ventured outbound by this time lost. Please keep an eye out for Todd as someone might be feeding him. Our other cat and us are missing him and so worried about him particularly in this weather.
