Circumstances:	He left from the front door and didnt come back

I think this cat is in the shed on my allotment this evening. How can I contact the owner?

Someone had messaged saying they have seen zino in their shed in the allotment. I immediately went there although it was past midnight to call his name from outside the allotment with food. He started meowing back and came immediately.
