Circumstances:	Bird was on the floor with the dog. Dog made a sudden movement and at the same time someone was entering the house through the back door. Peter then got scared/confused and flew out through the door.
Other info:	Quite small cockatiel, may be scared when approached but if you remain calm he should be okay.
