Microchipped:	Not sure
Markings:	He has a white spot on his chest and is a very noisy young man!
Circumstances:	In the garage of No. 28 but we've got him with us now as the man didn't want to keep him.

The cat seems to have wandered off, we're assuming he's found his way home.
