Hi there, have you also tried posting on Facebook? There's quite a few local rescues that could help. Stray cat rescue team are on Facebook, they helped my friend last week with an unwell cat in their garden. Catchat.org also lists all the rescues that could help. Scan angels (they have a website)will also come to the garden to scan the cat for a chip(for free), a vets will also check the cat for a chip for free...we live in sandwell and have helped a few strays over the years, but Facebooks always good for reaching people that work for rescues. If not try catchat.org, I've used that before, lists all the rescues. I do hope he finds somewhere, he looks unwell, thank you for caring for him. X
