Hi, the exact same thing happened to us last year when we move house to Hatfield. We put flyers up and through doors and went out to look for her every night, we were very lucky that after 3 weeks someone saw our cat and recognised her from our flyers so maybe try doing that if you can and don’t give up hope. I hope you find him soon and we will keep an eye out too.

Hi, i hope you find him. But...the golden rule when you move accomadation anywhere with a cat is to keep them indoors for two weeks to get used to their new home & slowly introduce them to your garden or exterior. It's too sudden to let them out immediately, i've heard of this many times. Also importantly, don't just post flyers, speak to them if possible or in & ask every neighbour in the vicinity to look in their sheds, garages & elderly people who live on their own, who are not very mobile, i found one of mine that way, they get through windows & open doors when visitors call. Bless him, i know what your going through, i've lost a few myself & even after someone at home 24/7 & with tremendous love & care they face dangers outside & with their curiosity.
