Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	Black chin, wonky black smudge across nose, big white chest, black tail, baldish patch on right side from recent op
Circumstances:	Socks went out to sit in the garden as he often does, but he was unsupervised for 15min and jumped over the wall potentially into next doors garden. He is aware of the old chocolate lab next door, but that night there was also a young husky visiting. We are concerned that the husky a)scared him and he ran away or b)attacked him (though the owners of the husky left for Norwich the next day and have not been contactable to confirm one way or the other)
Other info:	He is a house cat, spends the majority of his time indoors, is not allowed out unsupervised. Does not like being picked up or held

Found by a dog walker in a bush a few streets away. Severely dehydrated, lost more than 25% of his body mass and appears to have a fractured jaw. Seems be may have been locked somewhere for the whole time.
