LOST CAT: Grey/White cat called Kitkat - Whitley Bay area, Tyne and Wear

LOST
Kitkat
Name: Kitkat
Breed & Species: Domestic long-haired cat
Colour: Grey/White
SimpleColour:
Went missing: 5 years ago
(01 May 2019 at around 23:00hrs)
Location: The Gardens, Whitley Bay NE25 8BG, UK
Health: Healthy
Age: 7 years old (approx)
Sex: Spayed Female
Collar: last time we saw her she had a white collar on, she might have pulled it off though.
Microchipped: Yes
Markings: none
Circumstances: we suspect an old lady or someone is deliberately keeping her in their house (if they took her to a vet, we would get a phone call since she is microchipped). Kitkat would normally go outside and then come back days later, we have two other cats, with one of them being a recent rescue cat (Pixie).
Other info: Kitkat is a shy long haired grey and white cat, I am pretty sure her collar is just a plain white fabric. I will include pictures of her in the relevant section. Btw the insurance we have for her is either with "Bought by many" or "More than" we are not 100% sure.

Just to update this, we think that someone is deliberately keeping her in their house and is not taking her to a vet since she is microchipped, since they will get found out. We have been in touch with the microchip company and they will find her since a few months have passed now. To the person that is keeping her in their house, its only a matter of time before we find out how you are, so I suggest you take her to a vet now (they will scan her), and we will get a phone call so we can come and get her. You don't just keep other people's cats.
