Circumstances:	Cat was very skinny and flea ridden. Very friendly with humans and scared of other cats. Cat would try to get in our house at all times of day. Cat has been treated for fleas and fed.
Other info:	Cat was very skinny and flea ridden. Has chip and vet has contacted owner. Owner has not come to pick up cat.
