Have you found him? I have seen a regular ginger cat sitting on someone's wall at the end of livingstone St/ nr shaftsbury road. I'm not sure it wore a collar though. Don't worry about a reward, thanks. I hope this helps if you haven't got him back yet. got the cat back.
